My husband went in with acute pain and an idea that he had been experiencing a gallbladder attack.  He described the stabbing pain to his sternum that went through to his back, talked about how the pain lasted for multiple hours and then gradually subsided, and told her of his family history of gallbladder issues. Dr. Hussein told him that it sounded like gallbladder, but decided to treat him for acid re-flux.  This was after telling her student that while he did have three of the "4 F's" for gallbladder - forty, fatty, fertile - he wasn't female.  She also told her student that "middle aged, alcoholic men" often don't know what the real pain of a gallbladder attack feels like.  She sent him on his way (feeling upset and humiliated) with a prescription for Nexium and advice to change his lifestyle.  
He experienced a 11 hour long gallbladder attack 5 days later and had the gallbladder removed along with 2 2 cm stones - avg size that passes though being 2 mm.  
I had appreciated Dr. Hussein's direct approach and no-nonsense manner and have recommended her to many of my friends and family.  I rescind that recommendation.  Anyone who can treat another person with such lack of compassion and flippancy does not deserve the business of my family or friends.
