Every referral I get from this office is mishandled. I've had three. All three resulted in a total of hours in hold time calling this office, the office I was referred to, Optum's referral service, or calling this office and having the call ended because hold times are too long. In addition, the staff at this office is not helpful and blatantly lied to me about paperwork regarding faxing a recent referral. The doctor is great, but the experience with the office staff is so bad that I feel the need to look for a new doctor.
