Reporting to not only the state medical board, but to compliance for medical gaslighting and negligence. Along with two other primary care providers whom neglected MCAS, hEDS, POTS and migraine syndrome. Took one provider two months obtaining and reviewing two years of medical records; a 40 minute appointment to be diagnosed and advised that he wouldn’t trust any of my previous providers, except for current specialists. Gunnar key, you may look at me as a an annoyance; less than human. But, you don’t have the right to treat me any less than any other patient. Your clinic sent mail to my abusive ex, knowing my family and I were attempting to schedule a time to obtain my animals and personal items and botched that for your own enjoyment. I was refused medication and appropriate referral; had MyChart taken over instead of devising an appropriate plan of treatment for severe PTSD and anxiety, I was laughed at and not helped. I may have been a Nurse, but I had never been this sick and going through so much at once. I’ve called to start the complaint process with Novant and will be filling with the board of medicine. It may not get me anywhere, no one may care, but I’m worth fighting for… It’s sad that I have to do so, for unbiased medical care… NOT money!
