Chose this office over Arizona State Urology after being treated horribly by rude front counter staff on the first visit. First impression is everything, from welcome counter staff to MA, and Dr. Peifer and East Valley Urology exceeded that. Very kind and empathetic. Follow-up was in Mesa on 1/14, and front counter staff (young lady) was rather brash and forward. Surgery scheduler, Lydia, very accommodating and upfront. Barb at San Tan went out of her way to speak to me after hours on 2/1/2022. Surgery date options limited so be flexible, but Lydia works her best to get what is best for you, the patient. These professionals have a "Patient-First" focus.
