Dr Rowland repaired my transverse fractured patella using a fiber adhesive ~wire. Because of this I have not experienced irritation or pain from the hardware put in my knee cap (common when stainless steel wire is used). 

Important to me was his proactive pt rehab plan, beginning one week after surgery (after a good check up). The incision and closing method/craft was impeccable. I expect minimal scaring as far as knee surgeries go. 

Great bedside manner. Explained things well and took time. 

Though I am only two weeks post op, I am very happy with the results to date.
