I will not recommend anyone to this facility, pls see below my experience:
1. I was referred by my Primary care physician stating that Dr. G is an experienced Dr.
Dr G's office staff, S--, who took all my personal information including my Insurance, gave me an appointment after 3 weeks of the call.
2. It was scheduled, Dr prescribed me medication and over the counter medicine few days before the surgery date, and the day before, I got a call the office staff, stating me that my insurance is not supported and hence I am being moved to 3 weeks from today to another location.
3. The staff was not polite, when I asked to speak with Dr, Dr. G was much worse, did not show any professionalism, was not ready to accept their failure, rather was giving me tone stating that it was my Insurance to blame for.
4. Before giving the appointment, Dr. G's office failed to validate the coverage of Insurance, and never bothered to validate till the day before surgery when I was already on to the medical directions sent to me by the same Dr.
5. The Dr did not follow any ethics, was rude, was blaming my insurance, never understood the fact that I had already started following her own medical directions and prescription, took leave from work for 2 days for this surgery.
Finally the worst part, Dr. G blaming "Baylor workflow", the software or the staff who administer the software. I agree, Dr. G is not a scheduler and it was outsourced to some third party, but shouldn't be your responsibility, take ownership of your failure Dr?!!!!
