Dr. Glenn Scott Heller, DMD

I have used Dr. Glenn (Family Smile Center) for years. I spend very little time in the waiting room, they use top of the line equipment, and everyone is very pleasant to interact with. Outside of my regular cleanings I have had one filling done there and that went smoothly. Highly recommend. His location is in Milford, PA not Branchville, NJ though. 

I had two fillings done on 12/19.  When the novocaine wore off I had a fat lip due to Dr. Heller mashing my lip against my teeth while he did the filling on that side.  It looked like I had taken a punch.  I called his office immediately but they were gone for the day so I left a message that I had an emergency and the system told me the doctor would call me back.  He never did.  It's day three now and the blister is still painful and the skin keeps sloughing off of it.  He was careless while performing his work and didn't even care enough to call me.  His office, which called to follow up on my visit, offered to schedule me for next Tuesday so he can look at it.  That's four days from now.  You're fired.
