Went to this office, received no prior instruction of how to get into the office--it required a phone call at a door that had no identifying information. Finally connected with her 10 mins after the "start" of appt time after calling her "office" in another location and they had to call me back. Finally she takes my daughter back for the appt, but instead of honoring the whole appt time she cut it 15 mins short. When she came out of the office with my daughter, she had her bag, purse and phone in hand to leave as well. When I asked her about it, she was very dismissive about the "time of the appt" So we left, the next day when she called, I was busy at work and asked to call her back. She said she would email me. Fine her email was terminating my daughters service because she didn't like that I called her on the issue of appt length. Then to "appease me" they credited our account with $10.99 like that makes it better. It's not about the money, it's about valuing our time and commitment to treatment. Don't waste your time or money on this lady/practice.
