The office staff called about payment the day BEFORE surgery. I asked for a payment plan or the ability to pay half (approx. $250) and they denied the request. This is even with Lockheed Martin's insurance plan that was already going to pay the majority of the bill. I asked to speak to the doctor and they denied that request. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful with no other option to pay or be canceled.  My family has had several doctor encounters and we have never been treated so poorly. We ended up going to another doctor and their office staff had respect and immediately accepted our request to pay half of the bill. The surgery went great with another doctor. I work for a company that handles their insurance (over 2,000 employees in Fort Worth) and ensure I DO NOT recommend Dr. Beede and their staff services.
