This was supposed to be a virtual meeting (first meeting) and I was instructed that the doctor / office would be sending a virtual link one day prior to our session. They did not send a link the day before (or ever) and I did not receive a call after 15mins from the scheduled appointment, so I called the office. The gentleman said she was finishing a call and would call me right back. I asked him to confirm who he was calling back for the 1:30pm appointment, he said someone else's name, not mine. Then he said he was looking at the wrong day and got the name wrong but she'd call me shortly. After another 10mins, the doctor never called, so I called back. A different gentleman proceeded to tell me that there was a double booking and she was unable to take my appointment but they could reschedule me for next week. This office never had any intention of even calling me to tell me about the double booking and to reschedule me, I had to call 2x to get an answer. I will NEVER go back to this doctor because of the incompetence of the staff which is a reflection of this doctors work!! NO THANK YOU Gladys!
