I initially sought out a therapist who seemed to share some of my values and beliefs. After searching and reading over several dozen therapist, I came across Mr. Andrews Telehealth profile. After I reached out for a consultation, Mr. Andrews responded immediately. We spoke for approximately 15 minutes to tell him a little about myself and he explained the process. The conversation ended with Mr. Andrews asking if I would like to proceed forward with setting an appointment, to which I gladly accepted. The day of my appointment, he asked could he reschedule due to illness, which is understandable. On the second attempt of an appointment, he asked to reschedule again, to which i obliged. On the third attempt, he emailed me to ask if I could make myself available that day for an appointment. I promptly responded yes, and asked for his availability and never heard back from Mr. Andrews. This was very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend!
