George is an addiction counselor at Options Recovery Services in San Leandro, CA. I am enrolled in outpatient Services Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 11:00. George has been my counselor for the 2 months that I've been in attendance. I was also at options housing in Oakland and blew the whistle and filed a complaint notifying multiple agencies of law and code violations within their housing unit. Exposing the fact that they had a house manager with multiple mental health issues with only 6 months clean operating as a manager who is causing a hostile toxic and unhealthy environment for recovering addicts. As well as code violations in that we were living in an unsafe environment. In exposing this fact about options housing George took it upon himself to retaliate against me by sabotaging my reports which disallowed me to take a full-time job having a direct effect on my life my family and my future. Completely unethical, unprofessional as well as incompetent. He does not return phone calls texts and flakes on appointments on a consistent basis.
