Dr. Johnson is great but his staff is not. I have insurance that fully covers procedures that the billing ladies refuse to send in from Sept 2021 and Feb 2022. And then Melanie tells me Dr. Johnson’s office doesn’t fix “brackets” that the dental assistant actually broke. Well he fixed mine twice and charged me $314 to do it and my insurance said it’s fully covered but it’s July 2022 and neither have been turned into insurance! Melanie who stated she knows billing yet put me on hold three times for a 20 min conversation than hung up on me. After five phone calls (one from my insurance) and two in person discussions maybe I’ll get my $ back?
