When we  started seeing Dr Valdez in November 2019 We saw the Doctor and were very pleased with him and his staff. We thought we had found our new primary  since moving to Tomball. After a short period of time Dr Valdez changed his pratice to a CORPORATE Franchise which offers the WORST service possible. When you call you are answered by a Corp operator and never speak to those that know what is going on. Dr Valdez was never in and we were to be seen by the NP. Our insurance policy was charging us a Larger Copay because we did not see the Doctor. The total service went south since the take over. The STAFF were great and this is not against them but against the changes that were made

He is nice and seems to know what he is doing.  His staff is terrible. They didn't take and record my list of medication my first visit even though I gave it to them. They didn't take and record my old doctors information even though I gave it to them. They return calls after a week. They don't send in refill information to the pharmacy until days later. Finally ordered blood work for me after 30 days after my first visit.  A very unresponsive team.  Rude receptionist: You get there no smile just "sign in".  Not "good morning sir, would you please sign in". Had I stayed there I'm convinced they would have killed me.
