Very unprofessional. She was yelling at me over the phone and very angry because I told her I may need to switch depression meds… it’s normal. You find what works for you and what doesn’t. She was mad because I specifically told her at our last tele health appt that I used to take Wellbutrin. I must have forgot as that was a year and a half ago, plus coping with life, (being a new mother, my last parent passing away in March), my memory hasn’t been that great. I also took a few different depression meds in the past so I couldn’t exactly remember. Either way, I could not believe how rude she was. No empathy or compassion what so ever. 
She also doesn’t know anything about the medications she prescribed me but I’m not going to get into that right now.
