*I would show up for an appointment on time, would wait 1+ hours to be seen. No apologies. Third time this happened I told dentist my time is just as valuable and I was no longer a patient. 
*Dentist removed a tooth and broke off the tip and left it in my gums. To have it fixed/removed I need to "pay out of pocket" for an oral surgeon (which the dentist should have sent me to in the beginning because she was not qualified to extract)  to remove because insurance wont pay because this dentist was already paid for the extraction.
*Dentist performed a root canal and broke off "metal tip of her tool" and left it in my canal. I had to pay another dentist "out of pocket" to have removed because insurance would not pay twice.
* These two issues caused an Infection which took months of antibiotic treatment.
* Dentist put a temporary crown in mouth, 10 minutes after leaving office crown fell out. Office had closed, banged on door and Office Manager had to re-glue crown.
Just problem after problem....DO NOT RECOMMEND this office.
