Dr. Gaylia Chavis Smith, DDS

This was a follow up appt. to repair a broken filling. Upon getting into the room the asst proceeded to numb the wrong side of my mouth to which I sat up immediately and questioned. She told me the dr would be in shortly. When she did finally come in she was loud and asked me what the problem was and every time I tried to tell her they were getting ready to work on the wrong side she immediately interrupted me getting loud saying no I was wrong but said if I would lay back down she would look. Upon doing that she noted the correct tooth but also said it wasnt in my chart so she didn't know what happened. All this time being loud. I have never been spoken to by a so called professional like this. She tried to make excuse that it had been 3 months since my last appt. That just tells me they do not keep their records up nor read them and check over them. I left her office without anything being done but the wrong side of my mouth being numbed locally. She was so very rude and should not be in the profession if she treats her patients like that.
