Do not trust her. I had to call her after 8 minutes into the scheduled online appt...and all she could do was complain that she could not get on the app properly. I told her we were already talking and why couldn't she cousel me and work out her "app" problems later...I told her other counselors do not use the app as teladoc is such a nightmare platform. She was rude to me and we ended the appt. AND THEN SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO BILL MY INSURANCE, FOR NO HELP WHATSOEVER..And I made a formal complaint about this...2 months later she tried to disparage me and my other counselor by saying that we did not use the proper teladoc platform...My other counselor wrote that she used doxy and state that on every occasion she billed and stated it was because teladoc was such a difficult and frustrating platform to use...This woman is an irresponsible, lying, vindictive money hungry creep.
