Dr. Francisco E. Jimenez, DDS

After moving to the area and looking for a dentist for my kids, Dr Jimenez actually came to my kids daycare to hand out business cards, tooth brushes and stuff so I decided to give my a try without reading any of the reviews. I made an early appointment and still had to wait a while before being called back. The hygienist was okay in so far as teeth cleaning but once the doctor came, he and the hygienist had a full conversation in Spanish (which I don't speak). I don't mind people speaking another language but when it is over my children and I don't know what you are saying, I find it extremely rude! Not to mention somehow they billed my insurance under my name instead of my daughters so when I went  to my dentist a couple of months later, I was told my insurance was already billed for me. I had to have that fixed just so I could get my teeth cleaned. Horrible!
