I was referred to this therapist with high hopes of getting help with my marriage. It would take a long time to get down to issues with this doc, so if you want to have a 5 yr relationship with your therapist to just talk about your week, this is good. I found it too slow and not enough helpful suggestions for my relationship issues. I later shopped for the right therapist and found that all 6-7 doctors I had talked to had much better approaches. I finally found one person who does many state of the art therapy modalities which are very powerful in melting away trauma.
