Dr. Cogen yelled at me and my son because she didn't like our "attitude." Our attitude was born of frustration caused by the very long wait we had just to see her. Then when we got in the room and when my son said he had forgotten his meter in the car she ordered him to go get it immediately. We walked out and we are never going back.
