Dr. Felizardo Alberto Gaxiola, MD

Dr. Gaxiola is amazing and is my primary care doctor.Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get an appointment with him. And I am forced to go to urgent care and see a doctor that doesn't know anything about my medical history.Another thing I noticed in my last visit was Dr. Gaxiola. I had different nurses who didn't know me personally it felt very impersonal when the last time I saw him his nurses I knew me by my first name it was more comforting. I guess Facey is now rotating nurses around and I think you guys need to keep in mind that people like to be recognized and not see a different person every time we go in to see our doctor. That's what makes it special when you develop a relationship with your care provider and nurses

This appt. Was the first time meeting dr. Gaxiola. I was anxious to meet a new dr. And have to explain the reasons for the visit. He "heard" me and really seemed to care about my situation and how best to treat and provide care and the best plan moving forward. He also indicated he would speak w/ my regular dr.( both In the same group) To update her on the visit. The clerks at the patient services window were exceptionally patient and explained the process after giving them paperwork etc.. (thank you) I'm dealing w/ an emotional, stressful and difficult time right now and facey stepped up more than I could imagine. I feel heard and cared for by my health care provider and am so grateful.

Dr Gaxiola is a very good doctor. He is easy to talk to and always pays attention to your issues and provides medically sound advices and suggestions you can do and follow to help you with your condition. I felt pretty good after my visit and even more eager to follow thru on the suggestions and recommendations towards the objective at hand. In one word, Dr Gaxiola is Awesome. So lucky to have him as my primary care provider. Wish you have more provider like him. He really cares about his patient that's how I see of him. Thank you so much

Dr Gaxiola attended to all my health conditions. We discussed thoroughly what is going on with me. Even though the waiting time took a little bit longer, the wait was worth it. I was his last patient, so he was able to spend more time with me. He changed one of my prescriptions and when I have to take the other prescriptions. He ordered another lab work and scheduled me to see him again in a month instead of every 3 months. Dr Gaxiola is a keeper and I will never change him as my PCP.

Dr. Gaxiola has been my provider for years and has seen me through some of the worst times in my life. He continues to have a positive attitude and and vast knowledge of all of my medical conditions. If he doesn't know he refers me to the proper medical specialist that can help. He has from day one been there for me. I am forever grateful that he is my provider and a great part of the Facey medical staff.

Gaxiola was great. He always takes the time to explain test results. He takes it a step further by explaining how to improve your health. On this visit He took the time to write examples o. The white board and made it a point to draw tamales and tortillas as items that have increased my A1C. The visual combined with the explanation really hit home. I am sure my A1C will be lower on my next visit.

Dr Gaxiola the best! My last blood test I had the best number's I've ever had and it's all because Dr G has been gradually weaning off medications that I was taking and he introduced me to Intermediate fasting and exercise and he helped me regain my health. I can't say enough to tell you how good he is. He is so smart too. I always look forward to seeing him. He treats me like family.

Dr.Gaxiola takes his time with his patients so waiting for him to get to you is of no worries because you know he will give you the same attention as his last patient. He listens to all your concerns and you never feel rushed when you talk to him. I admire that he personally responds back to his patients when we leave him a message through the app. Best provider of all time.

I discussed the results of my blood test during this visit with this provider and I am able to check my results in the My Chart app. There was no need for anyone to contact me about my prescriptions because I have been taking the same ones for years. I enjoy seeing this provider. He is a very caring, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous person.

It took over 2 hours from checking in to seeing my provider. When I tried to reschedule after two hours wait, I was told I wouldn't be able to see my doctor for 3 months. Then it was suggested that I go back to the Dr's office and turn off the lights to wait. The doctor is excellent, but is always overbooked. I'm considering another provider.
