The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars on Office and Staff, he is the only person on site, and it can get busy. He has a system, but there are times you have to wait until he finishes a patient, or he gets a call, and then he checks you in. Other than that, the waiting has never been too long, about 10-minute average time. He is very knowledgeable, and he will talk with you about your concerns. Very nice man.
