I've been in a deep dark depression recently. I finally decided to try talking to someone and she left me high and dry. She showed up for the first appt. She was very sweet. But about 10 minutes in she got disconnected from our video chat. Teladoc states the therapist will call you if they cant reconnect the video. She never called I scheduled a 2nd time with her and she offered a sooner appt only 2 days later which was this last Monday.  Monday was the hardest day I've had mentally. I sat in the room for 10 minutes before and 20 minutes into the appt but she never showed. Then cancelled it. It sent me into a rabbit hole of emotions. It felt/feels like no one is truly here to help. She isn't the only one whos cancelled. I understand with my insurance it's covered so I don't have to pay but I still deserve help. It's hard opening up to someone. 

Scheduled a virtual visit and she never showed up. When I scheduled it originally she confirmed the appointment right away and I also got a notification right before the appointment that she had confirmed. I contacted the company and they said she had joined the appointment but never started the appointment so I was in the waiting room for over an hour waiting on her to start it. Looks like this happens pretty often based on the other reviews I see. Contacted the company and they were very helpful in cancelling the appointment so I could schedule another visit with someone else.

No showed for our first appointment today. I wish I would have seen these reviews in advance. She needs to be reported. 

Scheduled an appointment and missed it by an hour. I realize the time choice sucked but I was up and waiting. She also had it on her schedule that she was available at the time I requested… I was looking forward to going back to therapy because I’ve been dealing with a lot of trauma. I wish I had looked her up prior to scheduling… the reviews say more or less of the same thing.

was reschedule multiple times before they no-showed my virtual appt. Waited 20 min and cant get ahold of anyone

I'm supposed to be on my teledoc therapy session with Hope right now, but she cancelled our appointment 3 minutes before it was going to start, and offered a new meeting time 5 days from now. 

We had a great first session and I was excited to work with her, but she didn't show to our second session, and I spent the entire hour in the waiting room, while simultaneously on the phone with Teledoc trying to get ahold of her, and our third session, I just told you about.

I'm managing multiple PTSD triggers from a past sexual assault, and then having watched my 1 year old seize and stop breathing in my arms. I really need a good therapist, and I need someone who will be professional and reliable. Hope is a good therapist by my judgment, however, she's not professional or reliable, which makes her not so great a therapist.

Being left feeling deserted by my therapist sucks. This is a terrible feeling and I'm writing this review so that others can avoid the experience I'm now having. Find someone else who you can depend on, cuz that's not likely to be Hope.
