Dr. Eric James Ruby, MD

Although this was around 35 years ago Dr. Ruby may have improved on his manners and maybe not. He was my daughters pediatrician and on one occasion I ran little late on our bill which was supposed to be covered under insurance. After I had just brought the bill up to date unaware to him, he pulled me back into the room with my child and  became volatile using explicit language unhappy that I allowed the bill to become overdue and informed me that until it was  brough up to date he would not have us back again . He had no concern over his actions and language he used right in front of my daughter and said she was too young to understand. Obviously we never returned and if I knew this of him  before bringing the bill up to date I never would have paid it.  Very unprofessional and incompetent in family values. If he hasn't changed in 35 years I'm surprised he continues to practice. Never again.
