Dr. Enriqueta M. Porras, M.D.

I tried calling this office to make an appointment as a new patient and they left me on hold for over 6 minutes. I hung up and called back. The front desk woman who answered the phone was rude. She had an attitude and said they weren’t taking new patients but didn’t give an explanation or reason. She was giving short and rude answers. So disappointed because their website sees like the physicians are great, unfortunately their front office staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. 

Very nice and kind doctor. She answers every little question you have and if you have a concern she address the issue right away. Easy to talk to and very understandable. Recommend her services 100%. Front staff could be more friendly. They always seem to be a in a bad mood, comparable to the back office staff.
