Doctor and I agreed on a procedure. When she said she found out the insurance would not cover it, she changed the outpatient procedure to one I did not agree to and did not want (would not be suitable) and sent me the permission forms without discussing it with me. I had to cancel everything.  I found this unacceptable and consulted another practice where I have not had these frustrations.  At that point I also discovered that the ultrasound performed at this location was useless and I had to have it done over. This entire medical group seems incompetant. 

Also, the front office staff is extremely slow and inefficient at resolving any issues.

I reported this problem to my insurance provider as well.
