Not very personal. This is the second time I have seen her & both times she was very impersonal. Rushed through Appt. No direction given in regards to where she even sent my prescriptions. Which had changed since I was last there. Spoke to her about sleeping concerns. Told me I need to see a sleep specialist. No recommendation given. My blood pressure was 160/100 when taken by clinical staff. As she left the room she told me it would be rechecked. Clinical staff retook it & told me to come back in after 2 weeks for a recheck & set up Appt.

Provider was very dismissive of health concerns and only seemed interested in putting me on birth control to remedy any hormone or medical concerns. Repeatedly informed provider that I have a poor history with birth control in relation to hormone tolerance and mood swings. Provider ignored this and spent most of the appointment insisting testing was not going to provide any fruitful results because I refused birth control.

I typically reach out regularly through MyChart and Dr. Cera's office is outstanding at corresponding with me, although everyone seems to forget my preferred pharmacy, which I haven't changed in 10 years.
