I had been to Mr Grande for my first visit with him for my annual medical checkup on May 30. The doctor listed and ensured all tests were under preventive care. Later, once i received the billing, i realized that Mr Grande had listed the tests that did not have coverage, Moreover it was not a preventive test. I wrote more than five emails to him requesting for a clarification as to why the tests were ordered during preventive checkup. Its now Aug 2024, more than 2 months and so far the doctor has not replied nor he called me to provide clarification. This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional and this experience has been so disappointing. Neither his staff is friendly. Would not recommend him
