During initial interview she was unable to communicate with patient (my adult son) who was obviously shy, withdrawn, and struggling to communicate. She said she had never had a patient "present so poorly" and that she could not work with him. She did not give him much of a chance, and she did not try very well to communicate. She knew he was there as a transfer from a clinic that closed, and that he was a patient with major depressive disorder and suicidal ideation. That she would say what she said in front of the patient was entirely unprofessional. In my opinion, she should not be treating patients with depression. If your case is easy and you are all smiles then she may be the one for you. If you have a serious mental issue then I suggest you look elsewhere.
