Made an appointment with Ms. Milvo. When we walked into her tiny, cramped office, there was no direction on what to do so we just sat and waited. When we did go back, she didn't really set any type of agenda or explain what the visit would entail. Instead she asked random questions to my child while comparing him to her grandchild. For the entire hour, she asked questions with no rhyme or reason. She wrote nothing down and did not make a plan for future care. She set "goals" at the end of the session, but they were so broad and vague, nothing specific was set. Although she seemed pleasant, it was an hour and a copay that I will never get back. I would not recommend her to anyone. Highly informal and unprofessional.
