Dr. Elisa Marie Bland, DMD

I had a tooth pulled at encore  over a week ago by doctor bland. Still today my face is swollen into my ear and jaw, I can barley hear over the ringing in my ear on that side of my face, I've been to the emergency room multiple times in the middle of night to have nerve block injected into my mouth. I havent slept in over a week and I've lost almost 10lbs. I was throwing up and thought it was an infection, The hospital told me that's a normal reaction to exceptional nerve pain. I get to the pain level of sweating shaking and throwing up.  I went back a few days after the procedure, She was in and out of the office in about thirty seconds, Told me the extraction site looked fine, And between her and the other dentist they pretty much felt as if the pain wasn't that bad.  Couple weeks ago I didn't know you could throw up from being in pain. Thanks doctor bland I have never experienced pain like this in my life

I met with Dr. Elisa Bland an Oral and maxillofacial surgeon on 9/12/23 for a consultation to have wisdom teeth removed which she was 1hour late for. I was appalled how unprofessional she was when answering a few very important questions I had about the procedure. 
I asked her how she was going to extract the teeth and she laughed and said “I can’t tell you … that’s my secret”. She didn’t spend more than 5 minutes with me rushing me the minute she entered the room and was annoyed every time I asked her a question. 
She became confrontational with me and walked out of the room. It’s unbelievable how this person is keeping her position at Encore Dental in Toms River. 
Beware patients her reviews are BAD
I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend her just for her bad attitude alone. She should be let go… I would not want her to represent my company for sure.
