I saw this person on 3 different occasions by a referral from my primary care provider. At first I thought I had found someone who cared and would help me with severe PTSD, only to find out that should you need to speak after hours or are in crisis, this person is not there to help. I called on a Sunday afternoon to try and speak with her, and got voice-mail. She didn't return the call for almost 24 hours claiming she left her mobile phone at work. Still, she didn't bother to call until later Monday afternoon. I had never called after hours and that alone should have been an indication the patient was in crisis. I was told to expect response times of 24 to 48 hours. This is how she cares? I also noted that she had blocked the ability to leave reviews on Google's platform.
