Mr. Reaves has a nice clean office but the positive ends there. Very little eye contact, looked down as he drew on his whiteboard the whole time. Made very snap judgments (not at all professional) and made me feel like I was infringing on his time, as if I was a bother. Also, told me that our insurance would cover a portion of his fee, only for me to find out later they don’t. My insurance rep said he should’ve known that. If I could give a zero for bedside manner, I would have. Left feeling deflated and disappointed. Found someone new that I am happy with.
