Dr. Earl F. Cubbage, D.D.S.

The staff is generally unfriendly and be prepared to sit in a tiny claustrophobic waiting room where people are on top of one another.  I was a patient for three years and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt that the staff would somehow improve over time.  Be prepared when you make an appointment to be handled by the the most arrogant and smug receptionist who will have no problem berating you and questioning you as if you were eight years old.  (I guess they have so much business that they need this woman to chase some of it away.)  I got the message today and just walked out.  I will live with the pain over the holiday.  It will be better than the pain I experience trying to get an appointment and dealing with the staff.  I am mad at myself for putting up with this group for so long.  I should have quit after my first appointment and negative experience three years ago.  Dr Cubbage is friendly and talented oral surgeon which is a sharp contrast to the people who work for him.
