I have been going with Dr. Friday for 5 years now, he visited me the first time in the hospital. I will say through out the yearshis availiblility has decreased but still takes walking ins before 11 am. He already knows me and my daughter who accompanies me because my English is not great, and though he doesn't speak Spanish, he is patient, understands key medical words in Spanish, and has a NP who speaks Spanish. The front desk staff is AMAZING, they already know me and are kind to my needs. I cannot recommend Dr. Friday enough.

Went for a unscheduled visit as I had flu symptoms. Called the day prior and was told to go in before 11am.  I did and was told to go outside and wait in my car for a Covid test.  I was given a Covid and flu test.  Results came back quickly and was told the doctor would call me back later that afternoon to go over my symptoms to determine if any prescription would be sent to my pharmacy.  Did not receive a call. I called the following business day and inquired.  I was told by the office manager that I was given the wrong information.  No apology.  Was treated like I was foolish to call.  Patient for years. Recommended him to many.  Never again.
