Dr. Dwayne E. Evans, DDS

I made an evening appointment to see Dr Evans. I sat in his lobby for over half an hour and no one bothered to check my in, take my co-pay, have me fill out paperwork, nothing. We could hear people in the back, regular office noises, and there were even patients that left while we were there. At one point someone (I'm assuming the doctor) walked past the reception window and saw us sitting, waiting. I figured he would send someone to ask us 'Who are you, how can I help you?'  I figured wrong. After 30+ minutes with my two toddlers and absolutely no service I finally walked out and made arrangements to have him removed as my DPC on my insurance.
