I can let things go because we are all human. But this I cannot! Dr. Lash scheduled me for an epidural and I was nervous going in. Loud rock music jangled my nerves as I was wheeled into the room. Then as I was being numbed for the real thing, the doctor’s phone rang. He is injecting me while the nurse is directed to answer it, then gave it to him. He is on the phone with AmEx concierge while putting a needle into my back. It was on speakerphone so I could hear it. At my follow-up visit, I asked him about it. He didn’t remember that and about the music he said if I didn’t like his style I could go elsewhere. I admit I went to him a few more times but it only got worse. Technically he knows what he is doing , but where is the compassion?
