When I went to O.D. Donna Jaszkowski, she was knowledgeable about diabetes and prediabetes, well experienced and knew exactly how to do my bifocals right, and knew more than the ophthalmologist I went to in 2024. The doctor I saw in 2024 thought I was a patient there for cataract surgery. I was flabbergasted and said no - she left the room and came back to the room 15 minutes later with the right file. Then, she did not know how to write a prescription for a bifocal (OD, OS, and SV and I consequently had to go back to Zenni and have them redo my glasses at my expense.) I will return to Ms Jaszkowski as soon as I get my primary care doctor to give me a reference to see her. I have to visit primary care just to get a reference on Feb 11, 2025. I wish to stay with her as is kind and goes out of her way to please.
