Dr. Donna Lee Melnick, LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIS

I called and left a message on 7/1/22 to schedule an appointment. As of 7/15/22 I haven't received a response. If Dr. Melnick was taking time off or too busy to take new patients she should have updated her voicemail to say that. It is unprofessional for someone whose information is publicly posted for new patients to leave prospective patients waiting for a call, and disturbing that she doesn't have the professional courtesy to return calls or simply update her voicemail message. It is very disturbing for a prospective counseling patient to get no response for multiple weeks. She is a disappointment. 

She is very experienced and not too too pushy, but she likes to get things done, which can be effective (as she was for me). Many times she interrupted me and assumed what my situation was or how I was feeling but was incorrect. She said I lot of things/advice that I took to make myself better, but now that I should probably see a psychologist again, I probably will not see her again.
