This "Dr" is the absolute worst! I am calling the BBB.  DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN ANY BUSINESS!!  I went in mid Dec for an evaluation for a gum graft. When she informed me that i would need 2 procedures but insurance would only cover the one, I of course had a lot of questions. SHE DOES NOT LIKE BEING QUESTIONED!! No matter how nice you are about it. she admited the procedure could be done in 1 but she didn't recommend it. I decided to go with the 1 procedure because quite honestly I don't have extra money to throw around. Got insurance cleared. Made the appointment. Go today nervous as heck because of the procedure but mostly because she had made me so uncomfortable the first time. I got there, paid my $228 and wS put in a chair. She came back and wouldn't even look at me. I could tell I was in trouble right away.  She gave me a mirror and said she would only do this if she did the 2 procedures like we talked about last time. I let her go on because I was afraid if I said anything to make her mad I would suffer later when she was doing the work in my mouth.  After the attitude I received from her I finally said "I'm sorry but why are you telling me his now when I am sitting here in your chai, why didn't you call me to go over this."  Her response was full of attitude and her remarks were unnecessary. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I kept saying I don't understand to which her response was "we don't communicate well". It's her job to make me understand!! She's the "Dr"!!! I ended up leaving after she grabbed her clipboard and said i understand if you want to go elsewhere. I went out in the waiting room...which by the way nobody has been in both times I was there... and stood at the desk because I had already paid!! Had to wait for them to figure out how to void my sale as she stood in the back and gave me attitude. This will not end here!!! I will escalate this. I want everyone that reads this to spread the word! DO NOT GO TO DR ENDY!!!  I am not even putting stars on this review because she deserves nothing!!! Took a half day and work and had to pay to have 2 prescriptions for this procedure!
