I received a visit with Donna Palmer through LiveHealth Online through my insurance. I had a lot of anxiety because I was struggling with finding a job and stuck in a very terrible job. Her advice was very inappropriate without thinking about the consequences. She suggested I sell my home and file bankruptcy. She suggested anti-depressants and taking walks. I would never ever suggest anyone to just sell their home or file bankrupcy (as I was not bankrupt) because of the long-term effects of this. Anti-depressants wasn't necessary because I wasn't depressed, it was anxiety. Taking walks was OK but not really anything. I would not suggest this therapist for adult-related therapy.
