The office and staff were very nice. The office is clean, but the elevator was out and they are on the 4th floor. Walking up all those flights to see a cardiologist?? Not cool. Then we had to wait for 2 hours b/c of "childrens time" which is totally good...but then when we got to the actual doctor he was TERRIBLE!!! He wouldn't let me talk, even after answering a question AND he was RUDE to my son while getting checked out. I cried at the end of the appt b/c it was horrible. I expected a lot more from a PEDIATRIC cardiologist. Just horrible.
