I have been seeing Dr. Thornton for several months and am amazed by his coaching and reframing skills. He does a great job of incorporating psychology, biology, research and perspective to help you grow. He is creative in the exercises he uses to help me self reflect and understand myself, my past, and how I interpret the world. I was hesitant initially because he is a man and I wanted a woman counselor and bc he appeared too “young”for my liking, but he proved me wrong from day one.
