Dr Haven was wonderful. His receptionist was rude to me when they initially called to make an appointment for consult. I had questions regarding the process and was scheduling treatment for a rather sensitive circumstance, missed pregnancy. Staff was defensive towards my question and overall not supportive, understanding or empathetic. I want to be clear this was NOT my experience with Dr Haven or his scheduler Amy but the clerks I spoke to on the phone for consult, and in person on the day of my appointments.

I appreciated that he came prepared with options about my condition. We were asked about our overall goals and the provider was respectful of these goals. He brought images to help explain the options. He answered potential questions preemptively and referenced how the available options could impact our goals. I appreciated Dr. Havin's knowledge and his personable approach.

Dr. Havin was absolutely amazing. The only thing I'm waiting on is to hear from the scheduler for my procedure. I know insurance approval is needed, but I would like a follow-up call so I know where we are in that process. The waiting is the worst part and to know what's been done and what still needs to be done would help the waiting be a bit easier.

The appointments are pushed out a month or so but he is an excellent Dr from what I can tell for my.first visit. A good Dr would be scheduled tightly. I anticipate seeing him for our final results and proceeding with treatments I think are best for me after given expert advice. I appreciate his care and listening in pro choice matters

Dr Derrick Havin was very attentive and listening to what I had to say, what my husband said, and gave his opinion how he felt. And we all agreed for the same care which was best for me To move forward after my cancer. His bedside manners were very kind and sincere. He is a very caring man and seems to care about his patience.

Dr. Havin really cares and that's everything. He takes the time to listen and lets you ask questions. He follows up and is concerned giving comprehensive care. He talks you through the visit with clear and easy to understand instructions. I appreciated his comprehensive medical knowledge and his attention to the details.

I appreciate the time Dr. Havin invests in me as a patient BEFORE a visit. He comes in knowing exactly what needs to be discussed, what the best course of action is. Most importantly, he listens! He actually hears my concerns as someone who is just done with the challenges my body gives me.

Dr Havin actually squeezed me in due to the urgent nature of my medical issue and the fact that I was in town ( live 160 miles away.) He actually fit me in for an evaluation even though it was his surgery day! That's was very helpful, and appreciated!

I am still healing from a major surgery, my original Dr was sadly let go so that was very scary. To my happy surprise the office scheduled me with other Dr in office and so far they all have been wonderful to me and I appreciate each one of the team.

Dr. Haven is always attentive and asks what I've been doing since my last visit. He always asks how my health is and if I have any questions. I appreciate the extra time Dr. Haven takes with me during my appointments. He has a calming effect on me.
