Dr. Bergsma has difficulty admitting he doesn’t know how much to a question with no offer to research the answer. This physician doesn’t believe patients are in pain due to positioning for radiation after surgery and refuses to help with pain management. Always review after visit notes as he has difficulty remembering what was discussed, writes false information, and doesn’t offer upfront to correct anything. Before the end of an appointment, ask what will be written in your medical records to avoid the hassle of needing revisions. Also consider recording all appointments.
