I had surgery almost 20 years ago. Dr. Smith saved my life. He is extremely knowledgeable and is focused. I appreciated his direct manner and that he focuses on every single detail. He is one of the top Doctor’s in his field.

The physician seems good. My visit was virtual. After initial visit, md stated I would receive a call from a patient advocate, who would "walk me till the end of my process" this person per the doctor was suppose to send me documents and other clearance information I needed prior to scheduling surgery. That never happened! I tirelessly called that office numerous times a for 5 days straight and no one ever returned my phone calls!!!! I finally decided to message the doctor via patient portal and apparently it the message was read by the "patient advocate" who was assigned to me. Only then, this lady called me with the nastiest tone just to tell me she will email me the paperwork I needed and the instructions would be included. In conclusion, things that didn't pertain to me was listed on those documents when the doctor said I didn't need those as I didn't have any of those types of conditions needed to be medically cleared for. I honestly felt abandoned before even starting my process. Therefore, I went with Dr. Elizabeth Dovec same group different office location and different staff. Dr. Dovec's staff are amazing attentive and very organized. I would highly recommend her and her staff without hesitation.
