Denise is a creepy person that gave me a very uncomfortable massage. At the end of treatment she charged for services not initially agreed upon and made me pay the amount in FULL even though Aetna considers her in-network. I have yet to recoup my $250 and will never return to her office again. Save yourself the trouble and don't visit at all.
Denise Leslie-Williams, LMT is an A THIEF and very UNETHICAL Even though she's in network, she makes patient pay for the service, file their own claim and then REFUSES to reimburse the patient even though the service is 100% covered by Aetna. When I called to ask for my reimbursement since my EOB said it was 100% covered, Provider Denise Leslie-Williams told me she is NOT giving me my money back and that Aetna needs to give me my money. DENISE LESLIE-WILLIAMS IS A THIEF AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE AETNA NETWORK FOR BEING UNETHICAL AND A THIEF. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER!!!!!!!! SHE IS A CROOK!
