I was told she would be in at 11am, she arrived at 11pm. Could be miscommunication. I was also told she would only be in to talk to me about my grandfather who was in the process of dying at the time. She walked in and immediately accused me of abusing the system because I had been struggling and went to the ER so much. Then she accused my partner of being abusive, and went on to tell my supposed abuser how abusive they were. Super unprofessional, and could have ended my life had they actually been abusive. I attempted to defend myself and my partner through sobs, and she got frustrated with me and put me on a 5150. She stormed out of the room in her ugly bright pink scrubs and I immediately had a panic attack so bad that both my hands seized up. Now every time I start to have bad anxiety, my hands seize up like they did the first time. I had never had that happen before and I was abused for 20 years and have had anxiety my entire life due to the fact! That's just how awful the things she said were. I couldn't eat and couldn't stop crying because I was being sent back to the clinic I had just gotten out of, when I no longer needed the help. The security guard even felt bad for me, and that says a lot. They see a lot! I don't think this woman should ever be allowed to deal with anybody going through a crisis at any time. She could make things worse, like she did with me. I've never had a bad hospital visit, but this one gave me PTSD so bad I refuse to go back to a hospital. Just... don't let treat you, please.
