Dr. Schaefer is a great doctor and a very caring person. My wife and I have had Doctor Schaefer as our primary care physician for almost 10 years now. I can not say enough good things about her as a doctor and a person. She has always been a pleasure to see and very helpful with any of our medical concerns. She takes her time during visits and is always very thorough with us. My wife and I usually go with each other for any of our appoinments. There is usually very little wait time after arrival.  Doctor Schaefer answers all of our questions and always addresses any issues we may be experiencing. She is always kind and caring during our visits. We have recomended her to several friends and neighbors who now also see her. In our opinion Doctor Schaefer is an exemplary doctor and would recommend her to anyone.

I would give negative stars if I could.  Office called to say I had to make an appt right away, which I did.  When I got into the room, Doctor Schaeffer said I didn't need to come in to see her, I needed to make an appt with a specialist.  She admitted her staff made a mistake, but then instead of refunding my copay, she wrote me a prescription and charged me for the visit.  Greedy and unethical.
